Let’s analyze a little bit the backswing
on the forehand. It is very important to make sure that you are taking the racquet back by turning your shoulders and not
by using your arm. If you are using your arm, normally its gonna lead to a much longer back swing that you want.
You always want the racquet the stay on this side of the body you don’t really want it to go behind your
body. So make sure that next time you are playing don’t move your arm just turn your shoulders to take the racquet back.
