Okay, I’m going to drop out of the competition
now so Gary is going to play Ken in a cross court mini-tennis game. So, Gary’s got to
hit it into that opposite serving box, and Ken has to hit it into the opposite serving
box to Gary. Now they can hit forehands or back hands or whatever, but this helps train
the forehand mostly. Okay, one zero, Ken. So as you can see that this develops consistency
and focus on the cross court. Two zero, Ken. So, Ken won that battle, but in this segment
we’ll do cross court mini-tennis on the backhand side. So this is a really good game to hone
your skills and your touch. So, stay tuned for the next segment.

  1. Guys, improve your tennis skills does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a training program called Tennisolanox System (do a search on google). Seriously, thanks to Tennisolanox System I've become a better tennis player. I probably should not even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
