Okay the next clip we’re going to talk about
is the wider ball, the ball that you’re having to move a little bit off the court with and
make sure that you recover back strongly and quickly. Now, if you’re always going to use
your shuffle, sometimes you’re not going to be able to get back as quick as you like.
So you’re going to need a crossover step. So what we’re going to do is Gustavo is going
to hit that wider ball right here, going to show you that, and how he’s going to efficiently
move back for that ball. See that crossover right there? There’s that one crossover. There
he uses a semi open stance and he has that crossover back. That crossover is very efficient, very, very
important to be able to spring back and explode back into the court. Again all ages, all abilities
should be able to use that kind of move right there.
