Tennis Elbow Stretch Exercise This stretch is performed by extending the
arm to be stretched out in front of you, flexing the wrist, grasping the fingers and thumb
with the opposite hand, and pulling them back toward your body.
The stretch is to be held for 30 seconds, can be performed bilaterally, and repeated
three times on both sides. The stretch can be felt on the back of the
