Now, we are going to be covering two hand
back hand. Two hand back hand you want to have your right feet in front of you, elbow
pointing to the ball, right knee a little bended. You are going to bring the racket
to the back, you are going to start going forward. This is pretty much the point at
which you are going to impact the ball, see how my shoulders and my racket are at the
same level; how my whole body is kind of like creating leverage. I’ m really doing lots
of effort on my left arm, not lots of effort, but, lots of strong wrist and tension created
there to make sure I impact the ball really well and just go kind of forward and finish
my shot, again, with my elbow almost under my chin. OK, back to my ready position, come
back to the center of the court.
