Hi, joining us today is Nathan from free motion
and is going to demonstrate an exercise to find a little relief for those tired achy
feet at the end of your day. So just using a tennis ball , we will place it under the foot finding those
achy tender spots and he will press down holding for 6 seconds ,and then move it to a new spot, try this about 10 times making sure you press down equal weight for 6 seconds sure to go around the entire foot , hope this helps and let us know in the comments below how it goes
