– 10-4. We have to go re-lodge
this storm drain. That should be quite the task. These storm drains are
actually pretty heavy, so I don’t know if I’m
going to be able to– You seen a storm drain
loose around here? – Right around there. – Right over here. – Yep, oh, that’s not good. 303. – 303? – Can we get somebody
from highway out here? There is a giant hole right in
the middle of the playground. It looks like the cover
was pushed into the bottom of the storm drain. – 10-4. – There you can lift that up? I don’t know. Think you can? No, there’s nobody in there. What’s that? – You about to head
in there or something? – I’m going to have to try to
get that cover out of there. – Want us to help you? – Think you can? – I guess, yeah.
– All right. We’ll see. If I can get it
out– what’s that? – Did it fall in? Did it go all the
way down there? – Yeah, you see it? You see it right there? Looks like someone pushed it in. Has it been like that since
you guys have been here? – I think so. – Really? No, no, no. I’ll go in there.
I’ll go in there. – Sure? – Yeah. – Don’t get bit
by no alligators. – Hopefully not. [interposing voices] – 304, 306. – 304. – Responding to a fire. – Yeah, that’s not coming. I don’t think I’m going to
be able to get that out. It’s pretty heavy. – Two little kids go down there. – No, nobody go down there. God forbid. I’m telling you,
that thing weighs, like, a small Volkswagen.
It’s pretty heavy. It’s all cast iron. It’s pretty heavy. – What if we all just grab
the grate and pull it out? – Think we could? – Probably. – Who’s my strongest guys? – Him. – I’m going to guess him. I’m going to guess him. Do you think you’re strong? [interposing voices] – Am I, like, like
an [inaudible]?? [interposing voices] – If you think so. You guys think we can
MacGyver something? – Huh? – You guys don’t even
know what MacGyver is? Oh, probably not. – Did you want to try? – It’s very buried. – It’s not buried– oh. [interposing voices] – All right, watch out. – Hold on. Hold up. – Oh. – Yeah, TJ! [applause] [interposing voices] – You put it on diamond
and then you turn it in so it doesn’t fall in. – There you go. – You should work for the city. He’s a beast. – Whoa. Look at that. Community teamwork. Thank you, guys. Appreciate it. All right, well, we were able
to get the storm drain back in with a little help
from the community. So job well done.

  1. Not a single police officer in America would respond to call about a storm drain that was uncovered, unless they are doing it for tv. They would tell you it isnโ€™t their problem and might even tell you off for calling them about it.

  2. Side note the cop got showed up bye to 14 year olds this makes me happy it makes him look like a b****๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

  3. He didnt want to say with some help from the "kids" after he couldnt lift it. Some help from the "community" sounds better for him.

  4. Him placing his head below ground level could of killed him the thing people do because they don't know better . Yes lack of oxygen or other gases could of ended his live in just that short of time .

  5. Good job. And the officer helped too lol.
Seriously, we need more stories like this. We almost always hear when an officer does something wrong, but not when they do something cool like this.

  6. Well his mother obviously didn't teach him to chew with his mouth closed!!! Can you imagine eating out with this guy in a nice restaurant!!! Me neither!!! Lol

  7. Pretty boy more worried about his hair and being embarrassed if he couldn't lift it on camera, and in front of those kids. He sees the lid and immediately calls for someone else to pick it up, only to get shown up by a couple 6th graders.

  8. This is the best thing cops have to do around there? Gosh they need to come to my town, too many drugs addicts and robbers for the 5 police officers we have

  9. No idea about confined space dangers – could be toxic fumes down there. Not likely in a playground but itโ€™s a Storm sewer definitely not for kids to mess around. That kid should be bolted down. If his feet land and release chemicals could be game over many have died this way. God bless.

  10. Looking at the thumbnail, I thought he was the ex marine , double amputee cop. A wonderful full spirited man. I donโ€™t know his name.

  11. I saved my friend from suicide a week ago and if I was there, I would've jumped into there without hesitation.

I'll do anything for the law.

  12. '
no wonder why cop police use a cooooooooool tint sunglass…
best suggestion is a DONT need to use a cooooooooool tint sunglass at all

  13. I just love how he assured them it weighed as much as a car and a couple of kids casually picked it up and just walked off

  14. Bruh๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    Mf weak ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’€

  15. If you want to find the strongest guy/kid there, just invite a couple of chunky little teen girls about their age over, drinking and chewing gum and looking like its their block. Within seconds they are all the strongest guy wanting to lift it all alone lol. It wont stop when they are older either, just be older girls watching and different things they do to try and impress them.

  16. โ€œDo you even know who mcgiver is? Probably not…โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚ unfortunately no kids these days dont know what a good show is anymore

  17. Officer: [Places one hand on his hip, chew's gum, and blows a bubble] "So, [SMACK] Ya think you can lift this big boy?"

Kid: [Proceeds to lift it with one arm]

Officer: [BLOWS BUBBLE] [POP] "Hmph, good job dadd- I mean kid. 10-4 Mission Complete, let's go. Gotta get my nails done at 4."
