So we know the important part is for
rotation. So how do we get the rotation? We know we turn our shoulders for our
racket arm but the ball toss arm is also very important if we have our ball toss arm very straight we are pretty much doing a somersault what they call shoulder over shoulder but we want to get this movement, this round rotation movement so that would mean that the ball toss arm needs to go out to the side now the ball toss doesn’t go straight up and down there it doesn’t stay there it comes around in a circle comes around in a circle and should land,
if I get it right, it should land pretty much to my left side. We don’t let it bounce of course, we hit it but that will help us get the rotation

because we’re moving our head out of the way and get us following through and that’s why you see players following through
off to their side.
