We need to learn how to pay some attention and give some love to our poor aching feet.
They carry us around all day. We’ve stabbed them, we smashed them into things, we planted
a lot of weight on them carrying things around, so we need to learn to give our feet some
love. One way you can do this is by using, this is actually a yoga ball, but you don’t
need a yoga ball, you can use a tennis ball, you could use your dog ball, you could any
kind of ball though, but we’re just going to have Willy use this ball to massage his
feet. And he’s just going to press all the parts of his feet into that ball and roll
it around and it actually feels really, really good, making sure he gets it into his instep,
in between his toes, all around, every part of his feet. In this way, he can activate
the blood flow, stimulate the nerves in the bottom of the feet, activate the acupuncture
points and just give his feet a really nice massage and a little bit of love and attention
that they so desperately need. Namaste.
