This particular drill is called the rhythm
dribble. What we are going to do is dribble two times behind the leg and then we are going
to take smaller dribbles fast slow, at different variations once again developing hand/eye
coordination. Here we go. Now get a rhythm again and now you just close them up. There
you go, one again get your rhythm and bring it back. You trust it; it does not have that kind of
again just get the rhythm. Hand/eye coordination, keeping your defender off balance, simply
becoming comfortable, the rhythm dribble, the spider dribble, behind the back, legs
behind the back crossover, all of that helps you to get comfortable.
