This is the ball in the back-arm drill to help people understand to make sure they’re turning their body to get to the ball instead of pushing their arms out so obviously if you extend your arms the ball’s gonna drop and you know you did it wrong you want to make sure the ball is on your skin not on your shirt that’ll help you hold it you can go to all areas of the zone learning how to aggressively attack in the turn instead of with the hands.
